Frequently Asked Questions
Essential information regarding delivery timelines, timber care, bespoke finishes, and our 30-day home trial period.
All furniture orders include two-person white-glove transport. Our couriers schedule a specific 2-hour arrival window, carry the piece into your designated room (including stair ascents), position the furniture, assemble necessary components, and remove all protective timber crating and packaging for recycling.
Our solid timber pieces are hand-rubbed with natural organic hardwax oils. For regular maintenance, dust with a dry cotton cloth and wipe occasionally with a slightly damp microfiber rag. Avoid silicone aerosol sprays. Terracotta vessels can be rinsed with warm water and mild soap; stoneware objects are fully glazed internally to hold fresh botanical water.
We believe you must experience an object in your room's natural morning and evening light. If any catalogue piece does not harmonize with your interior, notify our concierge within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will schedule complimentary return pickup and issue a complete refund.
